Starbucks also introduced new Cash cum Loyalty Card. Customer can register himself on Starbucks website http://www.starbucks.co.id for availing promotions and reward points. Customer can use cash card for making payments. Reward points get credited in customer account on purchase. Points can be redeemed later. First Data (for payment by card), website and ETP CRM were integrated using web-services developed by ETP. .

ETP Mobility Store allows quick bill, bill hold (for queue bursting), order, tender and search for inventory across stores and warehouses.
